Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. Customs and import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. Novalink is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
